Sessions

Different situations need different approaches. This is why I offer four types of sessions.

  1. Problem-solving sessions

    Solving specific, complex problems.

What it addresses: The structure of the problem — how problems became tangled, what they consist of, what consequences they cause, how they interact, what may be overlooked or misjudged, and finally what possible solutions there are within the constraints.

The approach in one question: What is happening that makes this problem look unsolvable?

  2. Pattern analysis and training

Working with persistent thought and behavior patterns.

What it addresses: The pattern’s function, architecture, and the system that maintains it. This includes what problem the pattern solves, what it gives us, and what it prevents; what activates it; and what protects it and keeps it in place.

The approach in one question: What is this pattern buying that makes it persist?

  3. Belief system analysis and training

Recognizing, mapping and changing deeply rooted beliefs that block change.

What it addresses: The belief within the system that maintains it. Where the belief comes from, what function it serves now and how that function has changed; what behaviors and blind spots produce confirming evidence, and how the belief is protected.

The approach in one question: How is this belief fabricating its own evidence?

  4. High-processing mind programs

Learning to understand and direct a highly-active mind.

What it addresses: What a high-processing mind is, what living with one is like, what its strengths and challenges are, and how to direct it.

The approach in one question: Given how this type of mind works, how can it be used effectively?
