High-processing mind programs
For people with highly active minds who want to understand, direct, and enjoy their thinking.
For: Learning to understand and direct a highly-active mind.
What is it?
The word “overthinking” implies both the problem and the solution: “over” means too much, so there should be less. This method doesn’t assume there is a right amount of thinking, but rather that, just as people have different kinds of bodies with different needs, they have different kinds of minds. For high-processing minds, the goal is not to think less, but to think in a way that works for them.
The first step in High Processing Minds programs is to understand how your particular mind works: how it solves problems, where it gets stuck, what the thinking is trying to achieve or avoid, what makes it useful, and what makes it problematic.
From there, training becomes straightforward: given these natural tendencies, what can be done to make your mind serve you instead of working against you?
Who this is for:
This is for you if you’ve ever wished you could finally stop being an overthinker.
Sessions
All sessions are Virtual (zoom or equivalent)
1. Initial Mapping Session — 45 min, €45
This is a pilot session, after which you can decide whether this type of work is right for you. It also gives me a chance to see whether I can help and, if so, propose a path forward.
What happens during the session: This is an open conversation about how you process information, think, and make decisions, with a focus on what you find problematic. You describe your situation, and I ask questions to identify the patterns behind it and offer a first insight into how your processing works.
What you walk away with:
- The first map of your processing (my session notes)
- A clear path forward, with a proposed type and number of sessions where applicable
- A list of relevant frameworks to read for free
Structure:
- €45 for a 45-minute session
- Virtual (Zoom/equivalent)
2. Analysis Program — 5 × 60 min, €350
What happens during the session: Initial mapping gives a general idea of how your processing works. From there, we map the key elements: how you take in information, direct attention, deal with uncertainty, form conclusions, consider alternatives, and make decisions.
We then identify what makes the thinking unproductive, exhausting, or difficult to control, and look for the causes behind it rather than simply naming the result. We examine what each pattern is doing, why it is there, and what keeps it going.
Structure:
- 5 x 60-minute sessions, 1-2 weeks apart
- €350 for the 5-session program
- Includes initial diagram and final processing map.
3. Training Program — 10 × 45 min, €600
What happens during the session:
Training runs on two tracks at once:
The first track works on general skills needed for high-processing minds. It teaches you how to direct your attention, step back from thinking, and observe what your mind is doing without identifying with it. At the same time, we look for ways to engage your mind with something genuinely interesting.
The second track is based on what we found during the analysis. It uses challenges and experiments that require you to do things differently and lets you observe the result. What does your mind predict will happen? What actually happens? What makes it difficult? What changes as a result? By testing these things directly, you can see how the pattern works and what keeps it going. The challenges also help you develop new useful patterns by finding out what works for you.
This program requires actual work between sessions, including taking notes.
Structure:
- 10 x 45-minute sessions, one session every two weeks
- €600 for the 10-session program
